Freight:
Our product is shipped from Brisbane, Qld. Australia.
The cost of freight is calculated at the checkout and we ship via our forwarder Startrack Express. We try to provide accurate shipping costs but in the event of a calculation error we reserve the right to advise you of any discrepancy in freight.
Dispatch:
In stock orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days.
Pre-order items will be shipped separately as per the item availability instruction at time of order. If you need your order shipped together please contacts us at shop@creativelyactiveminds.com to advise special instruction.
You can track your order once shipped via the notifications.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure to provide a correct address for shipping. Errors in shipping address can incur additional delivery costs.
We can only deliver to physical addresses and not to any P.O. Box or Postal collection service. Only one delivery is attempted and the delivery is to be signed upon receipt.
Claims:
Claims for breakages, shortages or faulty items must be initiated 7 days upon receipt of goods so shipments should be checked carefully.
